This perfectly-easy piece has all the pretty little design details needed for the ultimate ruffled high or low-waisted skirt (sizes XS-XL). 

    Pattern Description

    • Classic A-line silhouette
    • Gathered w/elastic at waistband
    • Optional low-waist or high-waist fit
    • 3-Tiered ruffled skirt
    • Inseam pockets
    • Length from waist down: 100 cm Lined

    Materials Needed

    • 2.1-2.9 m (2 1/3 -3 1/4 yds) woven fabric
    • 0.7-1.2 m (3/4- 1 1/3 yds) elastic 5 mm (1/4”) wide
    • 0.65-1 m (3/4- 1 1/8 yds) lining fabric (*optional)
    • Strip of interfacing for reinforcing
    • One-sided zipper machine foot

    • Measure your Bust, Waist, and Hip circumference to choose your best size. 

    When working on a top piece, (top/dress) choose your size pattern based on your Bust measurement.

    When working on a bottom piece, choose your size pattern based on your Hip measurement.
