Pattern Description

Petal Top:

  • Fitted top at the bust and waist with exaggerated hips
  • Strapless neckline
  • Invisible zipper closure at Center back
  • Asymmetrical hemline, right side is 15 cm shorter than left side
  • Fully lined
  • Center Back length: 47-45 cm (18")

Bloom skirt:

  • A-line silhouette
  • 8 panel skirt (you can add as many panels as desired)
  • Elastic waistband
  • Unlined
  • Mini length from waist down: 45 cm (17 1/2")
  • Maxi length from waist down: 100 cm (39")

Materials Needed

Petal Top:

  • 95 cm - 1.2 m (1 - 1 1/2 yd) woven fabric
  • 95 cm - 1.2 m (1 - 1 12 yd) woven fusible interfacing
  • 65 cm - 1 m (3/4 - 1 1/8 yd) lining
  • 3 x 40 cm (1 1/4 x 15 3/4") interfacing, 2 strips
  • 1.3 cm х 3 m (1/2" - 3 m) fusible bias interfacing strip
  • 3 x 40 cm (114 - 15 3/4") interfacing, 2 strips
  • 38-40 cm (16-18") invisible zipper
  • 1.3-2.5 cm x 1.2 m (1/2"-1" × 48")
  • elastic silicon gripper tape

Bloom Skirt:

- 3.1 m (1 1/2 - 3 1/2 yd) woven fabric
- 5mm x 110 cm (1/4" - 43") elastic, for all sizes

*Model details: 5’9” (175 cm) wearing size 6 for Petal, 6-8 for Bloom.

DA Size Chart

  • Measure your Bust, Waist, and Hip circumference to choose your best size. 

When working on a top piece, (top/dress) choose your size pattern based on your Bust measurement.

When working on a bottom piece, choose your size pattern based on your Hip measurement.
